I believe that the best therapy is flexible, adaptive and collaborative. No one approach is right for all clients. You will be welcomed into a supportive, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
To live a meaningful life…to do what matters…to be the person that you want to be…you must be WILLING to experience uncomfortable thoughts, feelings and sensations. I support clients in developing this willingness.
My Integrative training had led me to draw on several therapies to best address your individual needs. Amongst other approaches, this includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and theories of Attachment and Developmental Trauma.
I have experience working with both adults and young people (11+) in the following settings…private practice…charitable organisations…senior schools & colleges…employee assistance providers (EAP)… independent fostering agencies.
I am an adoptive parent with a love of yoga, travel, paddleboarding and good conversation with family and friends
